Across every project I've been part of — events, mentoring, web, mediation — I kept meeting the same kind of person. Quietly brilliant, deeply skilled, working alone. What was missing wasn't talent. It was a circle.
I wanted to build a space where independent professionals could meet, support each other, share opportunities, and grow side by side — a place that feels less like a marketplace and more like a community you're proud to belong to.
The Union Makers is that space. A home for makers who believe collaboration is more powerful than competition, and that visibility should be shared — not hoarded.
