The Union Makers was founded by Juliet — known to her community as LadyJuli — a creative entrepreneur, event organizer, storyteller, and connector of people. Through years of working alongside professionals from many industries, she noticed a common pattern.

Photographers know decorators. Decorators know bakers. Bakers know stylists. Stylists know designers. Designers know musicians. Yet most of them remained disconnected from a larger ecosystem — talented but invisible.

The Union Makers was created to solve this. Not by building another directory. Not by building another social network. But by creating a collaborative ecosystem where people grow together — where individual talent transforms into collective strength.

We believe collaboration creates more value than competition. We exist to connect people, businesses, ideas, projects, and opportunities — across photographers, decorators, bakers, designers, musicians, translators, coaches, builders, drivers, plumbers, and every craft yet to be named.
